CRME
The Marie Enfant Rehabilitation Centre’s Brachial Plexus Clinic provides children, who have brachial plexus lesions, with specialized and ultra-specialized services.

The Clinic is part of the Amputations and Musculoskeletal Lesions Program and falls under the category of ultra-specialized services for extremely complex problems affecting the upper limb.

Definition
The brachial plexus is a network of nerves responsible for the function of the upper limb: arms, forearms and hands. Brachial plexus lesions can occur at birth and manifest through a loss of function or reduced movement in one or both arms, or in any of its parts.
