Residential and Respite Program
In April of 2001, the Marie Enfant Rehabilitation Centre (MERC) was appointed by the Agence de Développement et de Services Sociaux de Montréal to handle the provision of residential and respite services to physically-disabled Francophone children and youth under the age of 18 years living on the island of Montreal.
