Registration Criteria
The criteria for registering with the Neuromuscular Diseases Clinic are as follows:
- The child must be diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease confirmed by relevant tests. Test results as well as all other pertinent documents must be attached to the program’s registration form.
However, if the diagnosis has not yet been completed, rehabilitation services may be provided if there is a need. The referral doctor must proceed in completing the diagnosis, and the child’s eligibility is accepted on a conditional basis.
